Our Jamaican Jerk flavor is never overwhelmingly hot and spicy but will always be consistently Jamaican in taste and style and we will not sacrifice our flavors for bland fare. We believe that good food should always be served when freshly prepared. And our meals are not complicated, but we rely on our flavors and good quality ingredients to deliver the same high level of satisfaction to our customers. We feature only responsibly raised pork, poultry, wild caught fish, and organically grown vegetables. We always support our local farmers and growers.


Dennis Spencer—a native of Jamaica---is both a long-time food enthusiast and accomplished culinary artist. He has managed a successful Jamaican restaurant in Santa Monica, California, and orchestrated numerous large-scale catering engagements for wine pickup parties, brewery opening and pig roast events.


As a young child, Dennis was introduced to the kitchen by his aunt—an original foodie and a culinary arts teacher at a vocational school in Kingston.  Dennis was an eager apprentice, acquiring hands on kitchen experience by helping his aunt with all aspects of food preparation. By his early teens, Dennis was creating his own delicious meals. This early experience, along with his innate passion for great tasting and wholesome food, inspired Dennis to create a line of marinades and seasonings that are distinctly Jamaican. These unique marinades and seasonings are integral to all the meals he prepares today. Dennis remains an astute observer and practitioner of the many culinary approaches unique to the Jamaican gastronomical scene. That being said, he puts his own stamp on each dish he prepares and are guaranteed to delight the palate.
