This is the custom blended Jerk marinade we use to season our meats, fish and vegetables. For best results we recommend brining meats in plain salt water overnight before applying marinade. Apply about 1 ounce of marinade to a pound of meat. Use a pastry brush and coat meat with marinade. DO NOT OVER COAT MEAT. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator and let meat stand for 30 minutes prior to grilling or roasting. Cook meats slowly until safe internal temperature is reached.
