One of our specialty is roasting Whole Pigs. Unlike traditional whole animal roasting techniques using our patented stainless-steel Roaster we can roast a pig as small as a 30-pound suckling up to a 160-pound hog. And the meat will always be quite succulent and that is a guarantee. We cater events from as few as 20 guests to large parties of hundreds. We can customize the roasting to serve either sliced or pulled meat according to your liking. We we roast only locally sourced premium pasture raised pigs that are delivered fresh and never frozen.
